What does the Odoo invoice cost exactly?
Odoo Enterprise Custom: €29.90/user/month (annual). Odoo.sh hosting: depends on firm size, indicatively ±€44/mo (Solo, 1 worker) to ±€80/mo (larger firm). Odoo invoices annually upfront.
What is Unomia's Odoo partner status?
Unomia is an Odoo Learning Partner actively working toward Ready Partner status. As a Learning Partner, Unomia has full access to the Odoo Enterprise source code, sandbox environments, and technical documentation. Ready Partners receive up to 20% commission from Odoo on Enterprise licenses and up to €150/month on Odoo.sh, per the official Odoo Partnership Programme.
Can I upgrade from Solo to Firm?
Yes, always. All data, case files, and settings are retained. You pay the difference in Unomia fee pro-rata. The Odoo invoice automatically adjusts to the new user count.
Does the annual/monthly choice apply to both invoices?
The Odoo invoice always runs annually (Odoo's standard contract). The Unomia platform fee can be billed annually (cheapest, -17%) or monthly (flexible). The toggle above shows the Unomia fee per option.
Does every firm really get its own database?
Yes, even as a solo practitioner on Solo. Every firm has a fully isolated Odoo.sh database on EU servers. Your data is never shared with other firms — a hard requirement for attorney-client privilege.
