What the Odoo.sh price is based on

Odoo.sh hosting is billed by Odoo per worker, per GB of storage and per staging environment. These are the assumptions the calculator uses. We confirm the final size during onboarding.

Odoo.sh unit prices used (per month, annual commitment, excl. VAT): €57,60 per worker, €0,20 per GB and €12 per staging environment. Monthly billing is about 25% higher. A staging environment is a copy of your system where Unomia tests every release before it reaches your live database.

FAQ

Questions about pricing

What is the difference between Firm Standard and Firm Plus?

The platform and the price per user are the same. Firm Plus adds apps and integrations built for your firm, and an optional SLA with agreed response times. Those extensions are quoted separately.

Who owns my database?

You do. Every firm gets its own Odoo.sh project and database, linked to an Odoo subscription in the firm's own name. Export, access and handover are agreed in writing.

What happens if my Unomia Partner stops?

Unomia keeps technical management of your environment, so we can support you directly and bring in another partner. Your software, data and subscription stay where they are.

Will usage costs surprise me?

No. Usage services are optional and billed at the provider's price. For Casey AI you set a monthly limit and get a warning before you reach it. Providers can change their prices; we always pass on the current price.

How do Success Pack hours work?

The hours are prepaid and used per hour our Unomia consultants actually work. If your scope needs more hours than your pack, we tell you before the work starts.

BaseNet starts at €69. Isn't that cheaper?

The price per user is not what matters most. What matters is that working with Unomia means less administration and more time for billable work. Our first customer, FAAZ, saw 50% less administrative time and 20% more billable hours within months. On price alone: €69 is BaseNet Essentials, without AI or e-signature. The comparable plan is Advanced at €99 per user plus €10 for AI, on a shared database. From four users, Unomia Firm Standard includes Casey, eSign and your own database for less.

Urios is cheaper per user.

Urios Plus at €57+hosting has no AI at any price, and bills a flat ~€795 for onboarding/migration no matter how simple or complex the switch actually is. Unomia includes Casey at no extra cost and prices migration competitively against the real scope of your data — often less than a flat fee for a small firm. Compare total cost of ownership, not the sticker.

Kleos is enterprise-grade — why would we trust a smaller vendor?

Kleos's own AI tier (Advanced, €99/user) already costs more than Unomia's all-in price at most firm sizes — and Kleos still charges separately for onboarding, data import, and its KyC compliance module. "Enterprise-grade" isn't cheaper, and it isn't bundled.

Doesn't BaseNet also have e-signature, and Kleos also have KYC checks?

Yes — and that's the honest answer to give. BaseNet's signing runs through a third-party partner service; Kleos sells KyC as a separate paid module. Unomia's Sign and Veriff are already built into the platform. The feature isn't exclusive. The bundling is.

Why two invoices instead of one bundled price?

Because Odoo Enterprise and Odoo.sh are billed directly by Odoo — bundling them into one Unomia number would hide the fact that you're not locked into a proprietary platform. You could, in principle, take your database and leave. That portability is the trust argument for the higher line item.

Is data migration really free?

No — and we won't promise that and walk it back later. Migration cost depends on data volume, custom fields, and what needs to be reconciled from BaseNet, Urios or Kleos. What we do commit to: a scope conversation before you sign, then a price that's competitive against what those vendors would charge for the same job. Scoped and competitive, not a blanket "free."

Monthly Unomia billing feels expensive compared to annual.

It's meant to. Committing annually is what lets Unomia hold a firm's dedicated database, support and roadmap steady without churn risk — the monthly rate reflects that trade-off directly, the same way Odoo itself prices monthly higher than an annual commitment. Annual isn't the "discount," monthly is the premium for flexibility.
